deepBase provides genome-wide identification of small RNAs in multiple types, including microRNAs, snoRNAs, snRNAs, tRNA-derived small RNAs, rRNA-derived small RNAs etc .
Users can choose Clade, Species and Studies to see the result tables by changing the values in the select box and click the "Choose" button.
The result table will display the information of small RNAs, including their genomic loci, strand, length, type, the counts of samples with expressed lncRNA and the total expression of this ncRNA in multiple experiments divided by its length (Summation of RPM).
To see the detailed alignment of reads distributed on the small RNA precursor, click the "View" botton.
