Main Options

Single Cell Expression Matrix File Input

File format: Upload gene expression file in Comma-Separated Values csv format .
Gene ID: gene symbol (ST3GAL1) or ensembl ID (ENSG00000008513).
Requirement: Different rows correspond to different genes; different columns correspond to different cells.

       cell 1,cell 2,cell 3,...,cell m
gene 1,count 1, count 2, count 3, ... ,count m
gene 2,count 1, count 2, count 3, ... ,count m
...
gene n,count 1, count 2, count 3, ... ,count m

Choose input file

Note: High volume files in csv format (10 MB file size limit for our server). For time-saving, we recommend the users to upload compressed file in tar.bz2, tar.gz format.
