deepBase v2.0

deepBase provides integration of lncRNAs identified by RNA-seq, organized by different species and corresponding studies. In total, we annotate 367539 high-confidence lncRNA candidates from 14 species.

deepBase provides genome-wide identification of small RNAs in multiple types, including microRNAs, snoRNAs, snRNAs, rRNA-derived small RNAs etc. In total, 18508 small RNAs are identified in 51 studies of 10 species.

circular RNAs are recently found to be abundant in animals. We collect data from public circular RNA database, and provide the detailed information of these circular RNAs, including their name, gene symbol, genome location and the gene symbol of their corresponding linear RNAs for users to browse.
