About tsRFunction
tsRFunction helps users to predict the functions of tsRNA target genes by performing enrichment analysis.
The enrichment analysis will be determined by using a hypergeometric test and FDR correction.
Users can use the tsRFunction tool in two ways :
- In the result page of tsRFinder and tsRTarget tool, users can select the tsRNA into tsRFunction tool to predict the potential biological functions by clicking the button.
- User can also click the tsRTools in the top menu to use tsRFunction more directly, with no need to run a prediction workflow.
