In the top selection box, the virus and the receptor gene are co-selected, i.e. when a virus is selected, the "Receptor" field will turn to the correspondent ones, vice verse.

The phylogenetic tree shows species that contain homologous genes for all the receptor genes we obtained. When user select a gene, the species with homologous genes will turn red. User can reroot or hide some of these nodes by right-click them.
