User Guide

  • deepBase v3.0 collect data from literatures and public circular RNA database.

  • Users can choose Clade, Species and Studies to see the result tables by changing the values in the select box and click the "Choose" button.

  • The result table will display the information of circular RNAs, including their genomic loci, strand, length, type, and the gene symbol of their corresponding liner RNAs.
