User Guide

  • deepBase V3.0 provides genome-wide identification of long noncodng RNAs in 14 species from multiple tissues or cell lines.

  • Users can choose Clade, Species and Studies to see the result tables by changing the values in the select box and click the "Choose" button.

  • The result table will display the information of lncRNAs, including their genomic loci, strand, length, type, the counts of samples with expressed lncRNA and the total expression of this ncRNA in multiple experiments (RPKM).

  • To see detailed information of these lncRNAs, click the hyperlink under the name of the lncRNA .
