User Guide
  • tRFs are 14-32 base long single-stranded RNA derived from mature or precursor tRNA and are distinct from the tRNA fragments created by cleavage in the anti-codon loop. tRFs have been shown to be important for cell-cycle progression and for regulating the dynamics of RNA-induced Silencing Complex.

  • deepBase v3.0 provides tRFs information in 31 cancer from TCGA databases. User can choose the cancer type then click "choose" to browse.

  • The result table will display the information of tRFs, including their tRNA origin, tRF type, expression and FDR.

  • Some cancer may not have the FDR due to no normal sample.
