tRFs are 14-32 base long single-stranded RNA derived from mature or precursor tRNA and are distinct from the tRNA fragments created by cleavage in the anti-codon loop. tRFs have been shown to be important for cell-cycle progression and for regulating the dynamics of RNA-induced Silencing Complex.
deepBase v3.0 provides tRFs information in 31 cancer from TCGA databases. User can choose the cancer type then click "choose" to browse.
The result table will display the information of tRFs, including their tRNA origin, tRF type, expression and FDR.
Some cancer may not have the FDR due to no normal sample.
