Here we use a "blue-white-red" heatmap table to show the expression value of lncRNAs in each dataset. The color scale are shown in corlor bar. The gene expression value are normalized by (RPKM)-Mean).

Click the name or gene symbol of the lncRNA to see detailed expression analysis of selected genes.
