About mRNA translation

mRNA translation module provides a translation landscape of pseudogenes using ribosome profiling (ribo-seq) data.

How to use:

  1. Select a Tissue: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested Tissue.
  2. Submit query: After finishing the selection, query will be submited immediately.
  3. Search a pseudogene: Input your interested pseudogene in the search box.
  4. Refine your results by using comparison operators in the individual search columns ( <, <=,=,>=[default], > number), eg. ">=2".
