About Co-Pseudo

Co-Pseudo tool helps users explore the co-expression patterns between pseudogenes and their parent genes.
The correlations will be determined by Pearson correlation coefficient (r) and p-value in t-test (student test).

This tool currently have ~18,000 RNA-seq expression data, including ~10,000 RNA-seq data of 32 cancers derived from TCGA project and ~7,800 RNA-seq data of 31 normal tissues derived from GTEx project in human.

How to use:

  1. Select a study: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested study.
  2. Select a Cancer/Tissue: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested cancer type or normal tissue.
  3. Submit query: After selecting data of interest, please click the button to submit your query.
