About Evolution

Evolution module provides a evolution conservation relationship of expressed pseudogenes with mutilple species using ucsc liftOver.

How to use:

  1. Select a Pseudogene: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested pseudogene.
  2. Select a evolved species: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested species.
  3. Submit query: After finishing the selection, query will be submited immediately.
  4. Refine your results by using comparison operators in the individual search columns ( <, <=,=,>=[default], > number), eg. ">=2".
