Single-Cell module provides a expression landscape of pseudogenes across Multiple types of normal tissues in single cell RNA-seq.
How to use:

Select a tissue: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested tissue. If you choose "AllTissue", you will get all available tissue.

Select a cell type: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested cell type. If you choose "All Tissue", you will get all available tissue.

Search a pseudogene: Input your interested pseudogene in the search box.

Heat map: The colors indicate the expression (CPM*100) level. Deeper color represents higher expression level.

Browse Expressions: Click the geneSymbol in the table to browse gene expression profiles.
