About cCREs

cCREs module provides a map of cCRE that related to expressed pseudogenes

We used data provided by SCREEN to identify candidate cis-requlatory elements (cCREs) nearpseudogenes. According to the classification rules of SCREEN, cCREs include the following four categories:

  1. cCREs with promoter-like signatures (cCRE-PLS)
  2. CCREs with enhancer-likesignatures (cCRE-ELS)
  3. includingproximal (cCRE-PELS) and distal (cCRE-dELS)
  4. DNase-H3K4me3 cCREsand CTCF-only cCREs

How to use:

  1. Select a pseudogene: Pull down the selective menu to choose an interested pseudogene.
  2. Submit query: After finishing the selection, query will be submited immediately.
  3. Search a term: Input your interested terms in the search box.
  4. Browse Detail: Click the cCRE accession in the table to browse information of cCREs.
  5. Refine your results by using comparison operators in the individual search columns ( <, <=,=,>=[default], > number), eg. ">=2".
